Yahoo presents OnePlace
Written by Julian on March 6, 2008 – 8:51 pm -As a response to Google Gears , Yahoo! Made OnePlace and presented it on CeBIT 2008.
Mobile Application Market is fastly growing , so every big company needs to develop new software , OnePlace is a bookmarking application for web content .
OnePlace includes five main categories where users can arrange theyr online content. One category is Bookmarks , and with it’s help the users can connect to any content , just like the standard bookmarks from PC Web Browsers. Second Category is Collections , that helps the user to associate content that has connection with a subject , third category is Categories , which permits the mark and save of web links , making them special categoryes and the websites easyer to locate .
The last two categories are Pulse , where users can see the changes of websites using updates , and Favorites , the place where you will save the frequently used links .
Yahoo! OnePlace supports unlimited numbers of links the service will be launched starting with Q2 / this year.
