Toshiba Cosmic Shiner will cost 4000$ but probably will be up for licitations. We guess we won’t see this model in U.S , atleast not through actual network operators , we may buy it on eBay . Anyways , a person with money that owns a Vertu , will buy this phone from Toshiba .
